We at TRS are currently looking for a talented, highly motivated Contracts Administrator for a position based in Calgary, AB to support our client, a world leading EPCM.
Responsibilities
• Participate in the pre-qualification of bidders including and not limited to; capabilities, capacities and financial research.
• Exposure to lump sum projects; negotiating contract terms and conditions specifically for contracts related to services, construction, engineering, materials and equipment installation
• Administering the request for proposal (RFP) process for contractors; invoice attestation, change orders and compliance
• Strength in contract management, subcontract administration, and/or procurement experience supporting engineering and construction projects
• Monitor and track compliance to HSE, quality and financial procedures
• Prepare, maintain, retrieve and communicate records, reports and/or documents to meet management requirements
• Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree with 4-6 years of directly related EPCM experience, and / or up to 8 years of a combination of experience and education.
