Job Title: Document & Data Management Technician
Location: Greensboro, GA (30642)
Department: Document Control
Status of Hire: October 2020 – August 2021
Pay: $17-$19/hr DOE (this is an hourly, non-exempt level position)
Work Schedule: M-F / 7:30am – 5:30pm

We currently seek a high caliber Document & Data Management Technician for a contract hire posting within our client’s team of experienced professionals. Based in Greensboro, GA.

Candidate must have:
• Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (primarily Excel & Word)
• Excellent organizational skills
• Excellent typing skills

Candidate must be:
• Personable and flexible
• A quick study in new subject matter
• Capable of taking and incorporating corrective direction
• Ethical and results driven with firm commitment to quality

Tasks include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Checking with contractors periodically to confirm current drawing revisions are utilized
• Assisting in handling interfaces with reviewers of shop fabrication and erection drawings
• Administering the Request for Information (RFI) process (including log, resolution coordination, and expediting)
• Compiling as-built documents submitted by contractors
• Record Meeting Minutes in a real-time setting, selective dictation
• Prepare Meeting Minutes, gather/update requisite data in agenda
• Publish Meeting Minutes, proofread and self-correct, issue for review and incorporate changes given as feedback, distribute to appropriate parties
• Maintain current email distribution lists
• Maintain & publish current project contact roster
• Create, Manage & Post Schedules for meeting rooms & Phone Bridge call in #s
• Catalog drawing revisions and Contractor submittals
• Inventory, order & stock office supplies
• Support general office organization & function
