Derivatives Operations Manager

Our Partner, an Owner and Operator of North America’s largest refinery is seeking a Derivatives Operations Manager in Houston, Texas.

Responsibilities include:
• Ensures Operations involvement in the project from end to end
• Ensures the development of:
• Management Systems and Site Work Processes
• Operations & Maintenance philosophy is developed
• A competent operating team and support team
• Ensures the development of the commissioning and start-up (CSU) organization
• Includes early identification of the project CSU leader and the creation of a competent CSU organization
• Development of a system based CSU logic & schedule

Qualifications:

Experience working with an owner/operator required 
15 years of experience as a senior operations Experience (Superintendent, Production Union Manager, Unit Manager)
5 years of experience with Ethanol Derivatives
