Voor deze projectorganisatie zoeken wij een extra Document Controller om samen met collega's zorg te dragen voor een gestructureerde document administration binnen dit complexe/grote project.
Wat vragen we:
- Mbo niveau met relevante ervaring als Document Controller in infrastructurele projecten.
- Ervaring met DMS systemen is een must, ervaring met Projectwise is een pre.
- Communicatief sterk op verschillende niveaus richting zowel het projectteam als klant en/of toeleveranciers.
- Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse taal (mondeling en schriftelijk).
- Goede kennis van en ervaring met Excel (o.a. formules), Word (Fields, opmaak e.d.) en Adobe Professional
- Fulltime beschikbaarheid.
