Document Controller

Our partner is currently seeking a Document Controller to join our growing team in Pueblo, Co. This is a direct hire role with a reputable organization, offering competitive salary + bonus and great benefits!

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement processes related to document control and management
• Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents, drawings, and commercial correspondence
• Input document data into the standard file registers ensuring that the information is accurate and up to date
• Ensures that controlled copies of latest approved documents and drawings are given to the appropriate staff, subcontractors and suppliers as applicable
• Maintain updated records of all approved documents and drawings and their distribution
• Maintain the files and control logs as required by the project
• Administrator for Newforma system
• Manage users for Info Exchange
• Generate the various document control reports as required
• Check in, log, route, process, expedite and return submittals
• Generate transmittal document and issue documents as requested by Project
• Project electronic and paper document index, folder structure and files
