Are you passionate about design and engineering? Join our client’s dynamic team in Potchefstroom as a Mechanical Draughtsman and bring innovative product ideas to life!
Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed product designs aligned with specifications.
- Develop precise drawings for manufacturing teams.
- Provide technical support during production.
- Collaborate with design engineers from concept to completion.
- Ensure quality assurance in all detailing work.
- Assist with product development and project documentation.
- Liaise with Workshop and Engineering teams.
- Supply drawings and information as needed.
- Communicate across departments to resolve issues.
- Meet deadlines consistently.
Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
- Accredited Tertiary qualification (mandatory).
- Minimum five (5) years’ experience in a similar position.
- Proficiency in SolidWorks and Office 365.
- Proactive, creative, and solutions-oriented mindset.
- Basic understanding of engineering, design, and mining principles.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with great attention to detail.
- Willingness to relocate to Potchefstroom.
