Join our client’s team to support critical mining projects at their head office in Potchefstroom! As an Engineering Secretary, you will provide essential administrative support, manage schedules, handle documentation, and facilitate stakeholder communications to ensure seamless project operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements for the engineering team.
  • Prepare, organize, and maintain project documentation, including reports and close-out documents.
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and correspondence for project updates.
  • Ensure compliance with administrative processes and confidentiality requirements.

Qualifications & Skills Requirements:
  • Diploma or certificate in Office Administration, Secretarial Studies, or related field.
  • Minimum three (3+) years of administrative experience in engineering or mining environments.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with South African mining industry practices is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
