Documentalista

We are looking for a document control for our client in Alcobendas ( Madrid)

Requirements:

• EXTENSE EXPERIENCE WORKING WITH ASITE PLATFORM

• EXTENSE MS OFFICE SKILLS (SPECIALLY EXCEL AND OUTLOOK)

• FAMILIAR WITH SAP AS REQUISITIONS NEED RAISING, MATERIALS WOULD NEED TO BE GNRD, TIMESHEETS NEED TO BE MAINTAINED AND REPORTS ARE CONSTANTLY REQUIRED.

• GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILLS IN BOTH SPANISH AND ENGLISH.

• ADMIN DUTIES ARE REQUIRED

Functions:

• Ensuring the timely distribution of documents & drawings to project personnel

• Working in accordance with company procedures & guidelines

• Distribution of drawing transmittals and submittals to client

• Receiving and full quality check of all drawings and documents transmitted by the lead consultants.

• Return of quarantined documents to the issuer for full correction and re-issue.

• Management of document control software system ensuring that all parties receive adequate training and then use the system.

• Maintenance of controlled document registers and associated documentation.

• Producing different reports for PM, Client, BI

• General Administration

• Data entry on SAP, Running SAP reports and queries

• Liaising with Safety Manager and Client

• Maintain up to date Org Charts

• All other duties associated with this role (keeping office stock, requesting printing, helping expat with paperwork needed etc, approving invoice payments)
