Job Description:
Field Dy. Quality Assurance Manager is responsible for implementation of various Quality Assurance processes at project site. Prepare Field Quality Plan & Quality Procedures, Method Statements, ITP, checklist and formats for implementation. Perform day today site visit / store visit and quality inspections at site. Prepare & Maintain Quality NCR & observations at site and follow up with team for timely & proper closure. Support Quality Lead to implementing the quality processes and monitor the quality of work by Contractors at site. Cross Functional coordination & Contractor coordination. Perform material inspections at Factory & at site as per Specification, Standard and ITPs.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop Field Quality Plan, Processes, Procedures, Method Statements, ITPs, checklists & formats Support Project team & Quality Lead to implement FQP and Quality processes at site Client Coordination, internal cross functional coordination & Contractor coordination.
- Perform material inspection at Factory & at site as per Specification, Standard & ITPs.
- Site visit & identify the quality lapses and resolutions at site Manage & monitor the Quality of work by Contractors at site.
- Prepare & Maintain Tracker sheets of Quality NCRs, Observations & Client NCRs/observations Support Project & Contractor for rectification and closure of Quality NCRs & Observations provide training to Site Engineers & Contractors to achieve “First Time Right” Quality work at site.
- Trouble shooting Quality issues at site
Required Skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical / Mechanical with overall 8 years of experience and at least 4 years in Metro Project (MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) Quality experience.
- Applicable Field Quality experience in Metro Projects is must. Quality positions approval evidence from Metro client is must.
- Should have experience in preparation of FQP, Procedures and formats and ISO Certification audits Should have knowledge in IS / IEC and applicable International Codes & Standards Knowledge in Quality analytical tools and use of it.
