E&I Superintendent

Superintendent E&I | Kwinana Based

The project has an exciting opportunity for a Superintendent E&I, to join the project team on site at Kwinana. Monday to Friday, 50 hour week.

Position specific responsibilities and requirements:

• Interface regularly with contractor management ensuring contract
conditions are being met.
• Work closely with IPT site engineering team ensuring technical issues
are processed and closed out in a timely manner.
• Participate regularally in schedule reviews and ensure field activities
are being undertaken to meet project schedule requirements.
• Conduct daily meetings with IPT E&I supervision and complete daily
reports for all activities undertaken in your area of responsibility.
• Work closely with IPT SMP superintendent ensuring interface issues are
managed on a daily basis.
• Work closely with contractor and IPT quality personnel ensuring
contractor QMP is being adhere to and facilitate resolutions to quality
issues.

Position required competencies and skills:

• Ability to manage supervisory personnel ensuring project standards are
met
• Have a sound understanding of contract conditions and commercial
execution
• Strong technical understanding of infrastructure to be installed
• Ability to problem solve and manage multi-discipline interfaces

Position required qualifications:

• Electrical Engineering Degree or Trade Certificate

Position desired experience, competencies and qualifications:

• 10 years experience in site execution of large scale resource projects
as Contractor or Owners Team/EPCM.
