"TRS is looking for an Offshore Electrical Maintenance Planner to maintain and improve the electrical maintenance planning and scheduling business flow process experience within the Oil and Gas industry to join our International Client's Offshore project team based in Soyo, Angola."
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• To ensure a high level of Electrical Equipment availability.
• Establish, maintain and improve the maintenance planning and scheduling business flow Process.
• To adhere/comply with all BP/Petromar Health and Safety (HSE) requirements.
• Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance activities by task and priority level.
• Manage work orders, documentation and assets within the CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Manage and optimize spare parts /consumables to ensure alignment between Maintenance Dept and Warehouse.
• Identify critical spares max/min levels associated with Electrical Equipment.
• Coordinate/Plan Turnarounds (Shutdowns).
• Prepares weekly/monthly maintenance frozen plan.
• Prepares monthly report on Electrical Maintenance status/activities.
• Co-Ordinates with Site Maintenance for 3rd Party Sub Contractor activities.
• Comply with all BP/Petromar HSE rules and regulations.
• Provide recommendations to improve Electrical equipment maintenance efficiency.
• Responsible for up-keep and accuracy of equipment maintenance history and jobs records data base.
• Ensure key performance indicators are captured and reported for equipment reliability, departmental performance, planning and scheduled business flow process.
QUALFIICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Diploma/Degree Electrical Engineering. (Minimum trade qualified technician).
• A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Electrical maintenance in Oil/Gas Sector.
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Electrical equipment Maintenance planning in Oil/Gas Sector.
• Compex 1-4 certification (added advantage).
• Expert knowledge of CMMS Software applications (SAP/Maximo).
• High Degree of Computer literacy (Excel).
• Fluent English(written/spoken).
