The Electrical Project Manager will lead the delivery of electrical packages on large‑scale hyperscale and colocation data‑centre projects, ensuring compliance, quality, programme alignment, and seamless coordination with CSA/MEP stakeholders. This role suits a technically strong manager with experience in mission‑critical environments, high‑spec installations, and fast‑paced contractor programmes.
Key Responsibilities

Electrical package management — oversee LV/MV distribution, switchgear, UPS systems, generators, busbar, containment, lighting, and associated systems.

Technical leadership — review drawings, specifications, submittals, and ensure installations meet design intent and client standards.

Programme management — develop and track electrical delivery schedules, identify risks, and drive recovery plans.

Coordination — interface with CSA, mechanical, fire, security, ICT, commissioning teams, and external vendors.

Quality assurance — enforce QA/QC processes, inspections, testing, and documentation.

Health & Safety — ensure RAMS compliance, electrical safety standards, and safe systems of work.

Commercial oversight — support procurement, manage subcontractor performance, variations, and cost control.

Client interfacing — attend progress meetings, provide structured reporting, and maintain strong client relationships.

Commissioning support — assist with IST, FAT/SAT, energisation, and handover documentation.
Experience & Requirements

Proven experience delivering electrical systems on data‑centre, mission‑critical, pharma, or large industrial projects.

Strong understanding of MV/LV distribution, UPS, generators, switchgear, and critical power systems.

Ability to manage subcontractors, drive programme, and maintain high‑spec quality standards.

Familiarity with Tier‑1 DC contractors and hyperscale client expectations.

Competent in technical documentation, reporting, and change management.

Excellent communication and coordination skills across multidisciplinary teams.

Relevant electrical qualification (HNC/HND/Degree) and strong knowledge of UK/EU electrical regulations.
