"TRS is urgently looking for an Electrical Supervisor to monitor and control the working of O&M Contractor on PPG and HVPT for Electrical systems and equipment for our international client's Field Operations Division in IRAQ."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Monitor and Control electrical operations and maintenance activities, in order to assure the maximum equipment availability, reliability, safety and also adhering to all the safety regulations and procedure
• Review and recommend to SH, electrical maintenance activities (CM and PM) of O&M Contractor to ensure cost effective and reliable working of PPG and HVPT.
• Review and recommend electrical maintenance/overhauling plans (Annual, 6M, 3M, 1M, Weekly and Daily) and monitor the implementation thereof by O&M Contractor for enhancing availability, reliability and efficiency of PPG and HVPT.
• Review and recommend to SH, safe and reliable operation activities of electrical equipment/system by O& M Contractor of PPG and HVPT.
• Review and recommend the Protection and Control systems for improvement of stability of PPG and HVPT.
• Provide appropriate technical vision/direction to O&M Contractor in discharging their responsibilities, where required.
• Perform Fault analysis and troubleshooting service for all the HV/MV electrical systems, reporting and recommendations.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Engineering Degree in Electrical Power discipline.
• Fluent in English
• 10 – 15 years, on heavy duty Gas Turbines and Electrical Systems experience
• 07 – 10 years of electrical maintenance experience on heavy duty Gas Turbines based Power plant, and on HV/MV electrical systems
