Job Details
An excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired EPC MNC’s organization based in their India engineering office in Noida. They are dealing in EPC / PMC oil and gas, petrochemical and fertilizer projects.

The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and have a minimum of 15 + years’ experience in cost estimation with EPC projects.

Brief Description
• Estimation Lead Should be from MNC’s in Construction/ EPC/ Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Fertilizer industry.

The major responsibilities are:
• Preparation / review of estimates to the required level of accuracy.
• Preparation / review of Cash flow analysis
• Comparison and analysis of estimates with bench marks
• Analysis of data bank and preparation of estimation benchmarks
• Validation of inputs / estimates received from internal departments
• Validation and negotiation of vendor / sub-contractor quotes
• Presenting and seeking clearance for the cost estimate from Management / Authorized team.
• Record all changes and revisions to cost up to contract signature
• Convert last proposal estimate into initial contract estimate

Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• Graduate Chemical Engineer, B.Sc./ Diploma (Chemical) with 15+ relevant years of experience.
• Knowledge of EPC Estimation / Financial Analysis / Material & construction costs, Analytical skills, Project execution.
