About the role
TRS Staffing is currently searching for a Fabrication Workshop Supervisor to join our esteemed client’s team based near Perth Airport. This position is based on Monday to Friday, full-time roster.

Duties and responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations with a focus on quality and safety.
• Lead, support, and develop the fabrication team.
• Handle estimating tasks and source required materials.
• Plan workloads and keep projects on schedule.
• Maintain workshop tools, equipment, and stock.
• Uphold WHS standards and safe work practices.
• Collaborate with project teams and clients to meet project needs.

• Proven experience supervising a fabrication or manufacturing workshop.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team‑management abilities.
• Solid technical knowledge in metal fabrication, welding, and mechanical assembly.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and meeting deadlines.
• Good problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.
