TRS is thrilled to present an outstanding opportunity to work with a leading oil and gas technology licensor. Our client specializes in providing comprehensive solutions, including the conversion of oil and biomass into cleaner fuels, the production and purification of major petrochemical intermediates, chemical recycling of plastics, natural gas treatment, and carbon capture. Their diverse portfolio encompasses cutting-edge technologies, equipment, furnaces, modular units, catalysts, adsorbents, and related services.
As a Finance Executive, you will be based at the Global Engineering Centre in Mumbai, India.
Employment Details:
- Type: Contract (initially 2 years, renewable based on performance)
- Work Schedule: 5 days a week
Qualifications:
- BCOM or MCOM with 65%+ in 12th board and graduation.
- Post-graduation work experience of 5-6 years in a mid-size manufacturing company.
- Proficient in verbal and written communication.
- Working knowledge of Excel and Word.
- Familiarity with accounts-related data entry.
- Basic understanding of GST, TDS, and TCS provisions.

Bank Reconciliation:
- Manage bank reconciliation processes.

Basic Accounting:
- Handle fundamental accounting tasks.

Customer Invoice Preparation:
- Prepare customer invoices.

Credit Notes and Debit Notes:
- Generate credit notes and debit notes.

Vendor Payments:
- Process vendor payments.

Assistance During Annual Audits:
- Provide support during annual audits.

Communication with Bank:
- Interact with the bank as needed.
