Finance Specialist - CA

TRS Staffing Solutions is recruiting for the most exciting role of Finance Specialist CA for a well known Engineering Organization in Gauteng – Johannesburg South Africa.

International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
Annual financial statements
Reporting

Education and experience

Qualification
BCom degree and postgraduate qualification in accounting is mandatory
Holding the CA(SA) designation
2-4 years’ post article experience in a similar role – financial statement preparation
Having an in-depth knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel
Working knowledge of the SAP ERP system
Extensive experience in statutory financial statement software, preferably Draftworks
Technically strong and has working knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP standards
Extensive experience producing statutory financial statements (stand alone and consolidated)
Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and within a team
Maintains effective performance under pressure and able to work extended hours to meet deadlines when required
Extensive experience in report writing
