Here is an exciting opportunity to join a mega project in Kitimat, British Columbia as a Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) Lead! You would be at work within a growing EPCM/construction firm with projects worldwide and joining a team of talented professionals all working towards one goal. Reporting to the Flawless Project Delivery (FPD) Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for the coordination of the implementation of FPD on the Project. This individual will also act as Contractors FPD representative and ensure on time and effective roll out and execution of FPD program including the roll out of FPD to Vendors, Sub-Contractors and inspection contractors and ensure continuity of FPD through all project phases.

Job Duties:
- Coordinate site FPD Coordinators to ensure FPD deliverables are being actioned
per the Implementation Plan, and in alignment with overall construction activities.
- Conduct FPD workshops within the respective organization, and develop FPD
awareness, and identify potential flaws and devise mitigation action.
- Ensure that robust Quality Assurance Tools are developed, and Flaw lists are
progressed, agreed, and executed.
- Organize FPD on boarding and training for new team members.
- Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators

Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Engineering or equivalent.
- 10 years experience in the oil and gas industry with 5 Years Experience
implementing Flawless Project Delivery for construction
- Experience with quality systems.
- Experience in project management processes and controls.
