We are currently seeking an HSE Admin (preferably local) to join our client’s project team at the refinery construction site in Lysekil.

The HSE Admin will provide essential administrative support and assistance to the site HSE team, focusing on documentation, coordination, and communication of health, safety, and environmental activities.

Note: HSE experience is not required, but excellent English skills and high proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel are essential.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support daily HSSE meetings and follow up on site issues.
  • Coordinate and manage health and safety documentation.
  • Maintain HSSE data, KPIs, and incident tracking databases.
  • Assist with safety campaigns, toolbox talks, and training programs.
  • Facilitate emergency drills and safety initiatives.
  • Provide administrative support to construction and contractor teams.
  • Ensure lessons learned are communicated across the site.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
  • Comfortable working in a multinational environment.
