We are currently seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our client, a global EPC contractor, on a long-term contract for a major pharmaceuticals project in Denmark.

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective HSE plans and procedures aligned with Danish legislation and EPC company standards.
  • Conducting regular HSE audits, inspections, and risk assessments, identifying and mitigating potential hazards.
  • Providing ongoing safety training and awareness programs for project personnel.
  • Monitoring and reporting on HSE performance metrics, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and permits.
  • Investigating incidents and accidents, recommending corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
  • Maintaining strong working relationships with project stakeholders, including client representatives, contractors, and authorities.

To be successful, you will have:

  • Minimum of 5 years' experience as an HSE Advisor in the construction or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Rights to work in the EU or UK
  • Proven ability to develop, implement, and manage comprehensive HSE programs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and reporting skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
  • Experience working within an EPC environment is a plus.
