About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced and qualified HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental initiatives across major mining operations. This role is ideal for a strategic leader with a strong background in both construction and operational phases of mining projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead HSE strategy and compliance across large-scale mining projects and remote operations.
• Manage risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Oversee HSE teams and contractors, ensuring alignment with ISO standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Engage with stakeholders to promote a strong safety culture and environmental stewardship.

About You

• Proven experience in senior HSE roles within the mining industry.
• Strong leadership in managing large workforces and complex project environments.
• Degree in Occupational & Environmental Safety & Health, plus relevant certifications.
• Excellent communication, governance, and stakeholder engagement skills.
