HSEQ Manager

A leading EPCM company involved in a refinery pipeline project in Kuwait is urgently looking for a HSEQ Manager with extensive experience in oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical projects and been involved in large-scale projects

The HSEQ Manager :

- Will be permanently assigned to the Projects

- Shall have practical experience in managing HSE and QA/QC in projects and people

- Must be conversant with local and international HSE laws, regulations and norms.

- Must be experienced in Plant and Vendor Inspections of all types of Mechanical equipment required in Oil & Gas installations.

- Shall be conversant with NDE requirements and sour services.

- Shall have excellent written and verbal communications skills and proven track record of successful project management.

- Experienced with implementing ISO 9000 and 14000 Series and International Standards relevant to Oil & Gas Industry.

- Shall have 15 years min. post graduation experience, out of which 10 years is in oil and gas and 5 years as a Manager

- PMC experience is a must. Fluor experience is preferable.

- Must have a minimum five (5) years experience in the Middle East.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering - IOSH/ NEBOSH certification

- Knowledge of ISO 9000 and 14000 Series and International Standards relevant to Oil & Gas Industry.
