Our client, an industry leader in the Oil & Gas Services sector is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team in Edmonton, AB. The ideal candidate would have previous experience in the oil & gas industry, with the ability to travel to site location in Western Canada.
You will be a dynamic individual that will possess knowledge within employment law, employee & labor relations, provincial legislation, OH&S and WCB with strong investigative skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
Responsibilities
• Provide guidance to leadership teams and internal stakeholders on issues with conflict, employee relations, investigations, return to work and HR policies and programs etc.
• Ability to deliver and develop organizational effectiveness in addition, to improving analysis and delivery of HR programs, training solutions, and streamlining internal processes and procedures.
• Ability to lead key meetings, have strong presentation skills and ability to support other business groups.
Qualifications
• Minimum 4-6 years of experience within Human Resources
• Bachelor’s Degree or related Diploma is preferred, or a combination of education and experience will be considered
• CPHR designation or working toward
• Oil & Gas or Industrial background is preferred
• Travel up to 10%
