3. Educational Qualification Diploma/ITI in Instrumentation & Control or Equivalent
4. Experience Minimum 6 Years’ experience in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, LNG,
Fertilizer & Refinery Projects.

5 Job Description
 Modelling of Instruments, Junction boxes, Panels, Racks & Cable trays-trenches.
 Extraction of 2D layouts & BOQ from SP3D Model
 Layouts: Instrument Location, Fire & Gas location, Main Cable way, Cable tray & support,
Instrument wiring, Control Room, Instrument Air supply & distribution, Instrument Earthing.
 Drawings: Instrument Process & Pneumatic Hook-ups, Level Sketches, Instrument-JB Installation,
JB schedule, Cable schedule, Control system configuration, Interlock logic & Instrument loops.
 Preparation of BOQ (Tray & fittings, Power & Control Cables, Junction Box, Tube & Fittings,
Pipe & Pipe fittings, Installation material)
Candidate should be able to work independently & coordinate with other disciplines.
Knowledge of working procedures involved in full cycle of a green field as well as brown field projects
namely – Proposal, Detailed Engineering, Support to Construction, Approved for Construction Drawings.

6 Software Skill
 3+ years’ experience of SP3D modelling of Process Plants.
 5+ years’ experience of AUTOCAD Drafting, conversant with latest Version (ACAD 2019).
 Proficient in MS Office excel etc.
