About the Position

Our Client has an immediate opportunity for suitably qualified Integrity Engineer to join our growing team.

• Full time Role, Monday to Friday
• Based in Perth
• RBI & NII experience highly desirable

The role will be responsible for providing technical support and engineering input to the planning and execution of the scope of work. You will also have good client relationship building skills and the ability to work autonomously. Base salaries offered will be commensurate to the candidate's qualifications, experience and location of work plus super, overtime etc.

About you

• Minimum of five (5) years relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor qualification in Mechanical or Structural, Chemical, Materials Engineering.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated Project experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in reading mechanical, and civil/structural drawings.
• Sound analytical skills.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills enabling liaison at all levels of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Input into development of the Long-Term Inspection Plan,
• Generation of Inspection scopes based on Risk Based Inspection Assessment for Inspection Work Instruction Development
• Review of Inspection Work Instructions and Workpacks
• Inspection report review, inspection data analysis; development of recommendations for the reports, including additional inspection requirements, fitness for service (FFS) assessment for anomalies and update of the Risk Based Inspection assessment for the inspected equipment
• Specific Integrity Engineering studies
• Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII)
• Participation in failure investigations,
• Temporary Repair recommendation / planning,
• Periodic Review of the Site Risk Based Inspection Plan systems/streams
• Raising Corrective Notifications in 1SAP Plant Maintenance Database,
• Forecasting closeout dates and scheduling the related Operations to these dates in the 1SAP Plant Maintenance Database,
• Closeout of Inspection Activity and Anomalies in the Inspection Management Database and 1SAP Plant Maintenance Database,
• Submission of Master Data Requests for update of Maintenance Plans in the 1SAP Plant Maintenance Database
