SUMMARY:
We are delighted to work with a global leader in the engineering, procurement and construction industry who has an exciting opportunity for a talented Lead Field Engineer to help construction efforts by providing technical support to craft and supervision as well as helping to satisfy quality requirements on a project. The Lead Field Engineer will provide construction engineering and technical support for one or more construction engineering disciplines within an area on large stand-alone projects. Provide construction engineering and technical support to all construction engineering efforts for a specific discipline on small to medium projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Assist craftsmen, foremen, and project supervision with regard to construction-related issues identified on drawings.
• Provide technical interpretation of design documents in support of construction managers, superintendents, and contractors and provides specific expertise for problem solving activities
• Coordinate the completion of construction activities in assigned systems and prepares punch lists to ensure the readiness of systems for release for turnover to the client or for startup.
• Analyze and make independent recommendations regarding solutions to problems with varying complexity in accordance with organization and/or project objectives and guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned.

REQUIREMENTS:
• Four (4) year degree or global equivalent in engineering field of study and eight (8) years of work-related experience
• Recognized certification or registration in the applicable field, if required; some locations may have additional or different qualifications in order to comply with local requirements
• Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors
• Job related technical knowledge necessary to complete the job
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and federal/national statutes and guidelines
• Ability to attend to detail and work in a time-conscious and time-effective

PERFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Construction Management degree or global equivalent.
• Ability to speak/read multiple languages.
• Basic or intermediate computer and software skills to include the use of word processing and email as well as the basic or intermediate use of spreadsheets.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE NEEDED:
• Heavy Civil/Roadway experience

BENEFITS DESCRIPTION:
$74,000-$128,500 with full benefits package

LOCATION: Dallas, Texas
