Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain the integrated construction programme using Primavera P6 (or equivalent), ensuring accurate logic links, sequencing, and critical path analysis.

Lead short‑term planning including 2‑week and 4‑week lookaheads aligned with the master schedule.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design deliverables, materials, and resources align with programme requirements.

Monitor progress on site through daily/weekly updates, site walks, and subcontractor coordination.

Produce progress reports including dashboards, S‑curves, earned value, and variance analysis for internal and client reporting.

Identify risks and opportunities within the programme and propose mitigation or recovery actions.

Support change management by assessing programme impacts of variations, delays, and scope changes.
