Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the integrated construction programme using Primavera P6 (or equivalent), ensuring accurate logic links, sequencing, and critical path analysis.

  • Lead short‑term planning including 2‑week and 4‑week lookaheads aligned with the master schedule.

  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure design deliverables, materials, and resources align with programme requirements.

  • Monitor progress on site through daily/weekly updates, site walks, and subcontractor coordination.

  • Produce progress reports including dashboards, S‑curves, earned value, and variance analysis for internal and client reporting.

  • Identify risks and opportunities within the programme and propose mitigation or recovery actions.

  • Support change management by assessing programme impacts of variations, delays, and scope changes.

    Qualifications 

  • In‑depth knowledge of refinery processes and equipment, including rotating, static, and instrumentation assets.

  • Proficiency with CMMS platforms such as SAP PM or Maximo, with the ability to manage work orders, backlog, and planning data.

  • Strong scheduling capability using tools like Primavera P6 or MS Project to develop daily, weekly, and shutdown schedules.
