Role Purpose
The role of the M&E Quantity Surveyor will have you working across various projects ensuring the maximum commercial benefit.
The position
An experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor is required to join a leading contractor to work in the Kent region. The QS will need previous project experience in either commercial, industrial, retail, life science sectors
Must Have
- Degree qualifed in Quantity Surveying
- Have at least 5 years experience working
- Have experience of primary responsibility for the administration of contract forms prevalent in the sector
- Have ability to prepare and estimate pricing document in support of company tender submissions
- Display track record in procurement and management of sub-contract & material supply packages
- Have ability to manage applications for payment to clients and support commercial management of all live contracts
