Manager Budgeting and Reporting

We are actively looking for a Manager Reporting & Budgeting to manage the corporate financial reporting and budgeting process and activities of our client in the transport and rail industry. He will be accountable to ensure timely availability of accurate financial reports and companywide budgeting activities in line with the company's business objectives. Position is based in Doha, Qatar

Criteria:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, Masters preferred - Recognised financial and accounting qualifications (e.g. ACCA, ACA, CA, CPA, CMA) - Min. 12 years of post-qualification experience of working in a highly complex international project environment with knowledge of complex budgeting processes and systems - Knowledge in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS) - Preferably Arabic speaker
