Job Details
An excellent opportunity to work for one of the World’s most admired EPC oil and gas MNC’s company based in their India office in the Noida. They are dealing in EPC oil and gas, refinery, petrochemical, and fertilizer projects.
The right candidate will speak fluent English, have the right to work in the India and having 8 + years’ experience in experience with good accounting skills in EPC / Construction / Service Industry.
Brief Description
Manager Financial Controller Should be from MNC’s in Design Engineering of EPC Oil & Gas, Petrochemical and Refinery industry. Should be a leader and individual contributor.
The major responsibilities are:
• Responsible for finalizing financial statements as per IND AS & IFRS
• Ensuring compliance to group accounting policies, local accounting standard, practices & principles. Ensure accurate and timely closure financial books of accounts.
• Responsible for monthly, Quarterly & Yearly closing of books of accounts.
• Responsible for audit of financials statement and Interaction with statutory auditors (Big 4), Internal auditors.
• Ensures application and compliance to SOX / Internal Controls
• Preparation & finalization of Cost Accounts and Audit coordination with Cost Auditors.
• Responsible for GL Management, Reviews, Reconciliations, including controls/oversight over fixed asset and payroll accounting.
• Reviews and approves the complex manual journal entries.
• Close coordination & liaising within finance department (Tax, Treasury, Project Finance, AP, AR) & Business Operations.
• Review of Overhead costs of the Company and ensure overhead allocation to various projects & its monitoring.
Qualifications
You must be able to demonstrate and evidence the following:
• Candidates should have strong analytical and good communication skills with the aptitude and attitude to make a positive impact on Company
• Strong knowledge of IND AS & IFRS. Strong understanding of Revenue Recognition from Contracts (B2B).
• Having working experience in ERP environment.
• Qualified CAs with 8-12 years of experience with good accounting skills in EPC / Construction / Service Industry.
