Participation in all marine related risk assessments / Hazard and Operability processes and responsible for the follow up and closure of all Marine operations related action items
Participation in mechanical completion, pre-commissioning and commissioning of all marine systems
Development of marine training program including vendor training
Participation in technical bid preparation and evaluation for all marine related contracts

- of Marine Organization and responsible for marine operations including calm buoy offloading system support vessels, operating and maintenance procedures: Offloading Procedures and Marine Terminal Handbook
- philosophy and procurement
- strategies and related Maintenance Plans
- programs (Class and Flag)
- of loading and offloading to shuttle tankers via the CALM buoy or tandem offloading
Ensure safety and effective offloading operations of marine systems.
Supervise and train personnel to achieve competency requirement for operations of marine system.
10 years experience in Marine environment & 3 yrs offshore production Operations
