An opportunity exists for a seasoned Marine Superintendent (Supervision Waterworks) to take charge of marine operations for waterworks projects in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on directing vessel activities, ensuring operational efficiency, and upholding the highest standards of safety and environmental compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and coordinate all marine operations related to waterworks projects, ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and operational standards.
  • Supervise multicat and support vessels during dredging, reclamation, and marine construction activities.
  • Monitor daily marine activities, including vessel positioning, towing, anchoring, and equipment deployment.
  • Ensure adherence to project schedules and optimize marine resources for efficient execution.
  • Conduct regular inspections of vessels and marine equipment to maintain operational readiness and safety compliance.
  • Liaise with project teams, marine crews, and subcontractors to ensure smooth coordination of marine operations.
  • Implement and enforce marine safety procedures and emergency response plans.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate reports on marine operations, vessel performance, and project progress.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives for marine operations and contribute to cost-effective solutions.

Qualifications and Skills Requirements:
  • Bachelor of Engineering in Dredging, civil, mechanical or equivalent.
  • Minimum 10-12 years of experience with Dredging, Marine - Oversee and manage construction vessels activities.
