Rotating Shifts (7-7)
4 days on 4 days off for 4 cycles on 1st shift, then switch to 3rd shift for same 4 days on 4 days off for 4 cycles.
Job Title
Material Handler – Chiphouse operator (CPET)
The Material Handler is directly accountable to Supervision, Senior Lead Operator, and Creel Operator. Also, directly accountable for all Material Handler functions and assisting in creel area when needed.
- Operate Forklift
- Look for opportunities to improve machine efficiency, improve quality, and reduce waste.
- Be able to read and write and perform all duties by SOP's. Be able to perform mathematical equations.
- Operate hoist used to load Flexicon super-sack unloading system.
- Unload Low Melt chip shipments.
- Compile and maintain documents related to waste handling / shipping and Low Melt chip receiving.
- Operate fork-lift in a safe and efficient manner.
- Perform any special instructions and/or duties as specified by management.
