MC Plus Coordinator

We currently seek a MC Plus Coordinator (Technical Admin) to work on a contract basis for the duration of the project. Based in Bergen op Zoom, you will be working for a large company in the engineering, procurement & construction in the Oil, Gas & Petrochemical sector.


The MC Plus Coordinator will:
configure, validate data transfer, load and setup & verifying data in MCPlus for production at site And document what the base documents are and place them in a separate folder & track the revisions.
align with the Turnover Manager to develop the project standard turnover documents (e.g., Notice of Completion, MC Certificate, TCCC Letter, etc.).
load the QVDs required for the Turnover Packages (TOPs) and link them to the tagged item to which they apply.
develop any project specific reports as directed by the Turnover Manager.
load and maintain the milestone dates from the System Turnover Matrix into MCPlus.
manage and track the systems completion progress.
download engineering data on an ongoing basis until the completion of the design effort and maintain the integrity of the data till the end of the turnover phase.
receive, scan, and track the QVDs as the work progresses.
issue the weekly preservation requirements report to the Preservation Coordinator and status completion when complete.
load and maintain the milestone dates from the System Turnover Matrix into MCPlus.
manage and track the system completion and report progress.
run and distribute system status reports as required by the Turnover Manager.
enter and status punch items received.

Communicate with: IPMT, leads, contractors to get data and information to collect workpack definition for MC-Plus.
