Interface Coordinator

Our client, a globally recognised leader in Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC), is seeking an experienced Interface Coordinator to join their team on an initial 12-month contract, outside IR35. This role is critical to ensuring effective coordination between internal project teams and external stakeholders across complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update interface registers and trackers to ensure alignment between internal disciplines and third-party stakeholders.

• Proactively identify and resolve interface issues to support smooth project execution.

• Organise and lead interface meetings, facilitating clear communication between engineering teams, contractors, and client representatives.

• Prepare accurate meeting minutes, action logs, and interface reports to support transparency and informed decision-making.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary engineering teams to ensure technical compatibility throughout all project phases, from design to execution.

• Act as a key point of contact for external partners, demonstrating professionalism and technical understanding in client-facing discussions.

Requirements

• Comfortable engaging directly with clients and external stakeholders.

• Willingness to undertake occasional site visits.

• Strong organisational, communication, and coordination skills.

• Experience in engineering or construction project environments is preferred.
