The role of Office Manager admin requires the following attributes: positive attitude, flexibility and good communication!

Perform administrative duties to include schedule management, office planning, meeting  coordination, report preparation, presentations, correspondence, travel arrangements, expense  reports, etc.
This role does require physical activity. This includes moving office equipment, supplies to and from work trailers on uneven ground. There are some days where applicant may be subject to extreme temperatures when on the jobsite.

Ability to work the site schedule and travel to project site daily, willingness to work on the construction site.

 Ability to communicate effectively with audiences that include but are not limited to management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors, and visitors.
