Payroll & HR Operations Executive
Location: Gurgaon, India

Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Operations Executive to support core HR operations at our client’s Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, data management, and employee lifecycle processes. This role offers exposure to a dynamic project environment and the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave management.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
  • Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
  • Assist in implementing HR systems and driving process improvements.
  • Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a project-driven or EPC environment.
  • Proficiency in HRMS tools, labor law compliance, and documentation standards.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
