Position Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Payroll & HR Operations Executive to support core HR operations at our client’s Gurgaon office. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in payroll, data management, and employee lifecycle processes. This role offers exposure to a dynamic project environment and the opportunity to contribute to strategic HR initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions.
- Administer employee benefits, compensation, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
- Support performance management and appraisal cycles.
- Assist in implementing HR systems and driving process improvements.
- Respond to employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Prepare and analyze HR reports and metrics for management review.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in HR operations, preferably in a project-driven or EPC environment.
- Proficiency in HRMS tools, labor law compliance, and documentation standards.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
