Services

• Project Development: Due diligence, estimate validation, FEL 0, FEL 1, and FEL 2.
• Contractor Oversight: During FEED, detail design, and construction.
• Construction Management: Acting as the owner’s team, integrated with the owner’s personnel and specialty contractors.

Position Description

This senior technical role involves executing front-end technical studies, technology evaluations, and owner engineer support. Responsibilities include managing a portfolio of projects, training and mentoring team members, engaging with multiple departments, and assisting in business development.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in chemical engineering (Master’s and PE license are a plus).

Experience & Skills

• 15+ years in process engineering with EPC, licensor, or operating companies in petroleum refining, petrochemicals, or green technologies.
• Experience with FEL-1 and FEL-2 projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects.
• Strong communication skills and entrepreneurial spirit.
