An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Production Coordinator, based in Longmeadow. This role is responsible for supporting daily production operations through effective scheduling, workflow coordination, inventory tracking, and communication with cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of production activities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare electronic consumables and maintain standard production documentation.
  • Learn and utilize SAP for various tasks.
  • Assist in picking, packing, and dispatching orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment in line with customer and production requirements
  • Maintain adherence to warehouse safety protocols, and ensure proper documentation for inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Organize and manage project-related documentation.
  • Utilize standard processes and tools, demonstrating basic administrative skills.
  • Ensure compliance with production safety standards.
  • Uphold the core values of safety and integrity, taking responsibility for your actions and caring for colleagues and the business.

Qualification and Skills Requirements:
  • N3: Electrical Engineering
  • Minimum 2–3 years of relevant production coordination experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
