Provide robust post‑contract commercial management to support project objectives, including negotiating and agreeing compensation events and ensuring compliance with the organisation’s Commercial Manual.
-
Comply with all safety policies and procedures, promoting safe working practices internally and externally to support continuous improvement in safety performance.

A degree in Quantity Surveying or an equivalent qualification, ideally with (or working towards) professional membership of a relevant body such as RICS or CICES.
-
Experience in estimating, sourcing management, cost and budget management, and contract administration.
