Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Turnover (TOP) Coordinator working on a fixed term contract Until July 2029. To support a major grid and power infrastructure project. The role is site‑based and sits within a multidisciplinary EPC delivery environment, supporting construction through to mechanical completion, system handover and commissioning readiness.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain the Project Turnover & Handover Strategy

Establish and manage the Turnover Package (TOP) structure, aligned with systemisation and system boundaries

Coordinate closely with Construction, QA/QC, Engineering and Commissioning teams to ensure timely mechanical completion

Monitor TOP readiness, track punch lists and drive closure of outstanding items

Ensure all ITRs, redlines, as‑builts and quality dossiers are complete, accurate and compliant

Maintain and update TOP databases and reporting tools
-
Prepare and manage handover documentation and certificates (MC, RFSU, RFO, PAC, as applicable)

Interface with the Client and third‑party stakeholders on turnover status and documentation requirements

Identify risks or delays impacting system handover and escalate where required

Support audits and internal quality reviews related to turnover and handover

Contribute to lessons learned and continuous improvement of turnover processes
Requirements
-
Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or a related discipline
-
5–8+ years’ experience on EPC industrial, power generation or grid infrastructure projects
-
Proven experience in Turnover, Systemisation, Mechanical Completion or Commissioning coordination
-
Strong understanding of EPC documentation workflows and quality requirements

Experience with turnover / systemisation tools such as WinPCS, MCPlus, Omega or similar
-
Solid knowledge of QA/QC processes and construction workflows

Strong communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English

Willingness to work on‑site in a fast‑paced project environment
