Project Manager EPCm

TRS Staffing Solutions is a Fluor company and we are responsible for Project Sourcing for all Fluor Projects. We are currently looking for a Project Manager who is experienced in leading EPCm projects in industries such as petrochemicals, metallurgy or pharmaceuticals.

Key responsibilities:
- Provide input into the project development process to ensure that practical, cost effective solutions are established at the outset
- Manage the front end engineering and early procurement activities
- Lead the execution stage of the project
- Coordinate with the site organization

Proven skills and experience:
· Hold an engineering degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline (e.g. Chemical, Mechanical, Instrumentation, Electrical, Civils)
· Have relevant project engineering experience (5+ years as a guide), preferably in power, (renewable) energy or chemicals in one or more of the following areas: project development; front end engineering and early procurement activities; project execution; and / or project completion and handover. Candidates with less than five years’ experience, but who have a high degree of relevant industry experience will also be considered.
· Candidates should also have demonstrated work experience and / or knowledge of managing third party relationships and work delivery e.g. working with external engineering procurement companies.
· Successful candidates should possess a broad range of personal effectiveness and leadership skills, with the ability to facilitate and influence business decisions in a team environment.
· Candidates should be fluent in English and Dutch and preferable also have notions of French.
