Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

For our parent company's Skouries Project in Greece we are looking for a Quantity Surveyor/Estimator to join our team. In this position you will provide the essential project support, including but not limited to, the points listed below.

Principal Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Supports Cost Control and Contract Management functions
• Input into ITB preparations and bid evaluations
• Prepares check-price estimates to verify subcontractor estimates
• Prepares ad-hoc estimates as required
• Supports quantification of IFC input to progress measurement database
• Assists contracts team with remeasuring of IFC drawings
• Support Contracts team in monthly subcontractor payment evaluations and claims evaluations
• Inputs to the change management process
• Adheres to and actively supports project’s Health, Safety & Environmental and Sustainability Policies

Basic Job Requirements:

• Engineering degree or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ experience
• Well-developed communication, organizational & interpersonal skills
• Preferred candidates live in Greece/Speak Greek
