Recruitment Consultant

TRS Staffing Solutions is a part of Fluor Engineering one of the biggest engineering and construction companies in the world, active in more than 30 countries globally. TRS works closely together with Fluor and is responsible for project sourcing. As a recruitment consultant you are responsible for hiring engineering professionals. Thanks to your position in TRS you are a recruiter, as well as a business consultant, HR advisor and mediator between client and candidate.

In this role you are responsible for hiring and attract engineers not only in Belgium but also outside of the Belgian borders. By means of head hunting, a professional attitude and commercial flair you are able to convince technical professionals to work for Fluor Group. The unique concept of TRS means you are closely involved to Fluor’s projects and your own employees and this ensures you are able to make the cooperation to a success.

Who are we looking for?
• Bachelor degree with a social/economic note to it (psychology, sociology, communication, social work, commercial economics…)
• Entrepreneur, decision maker, negotiator, focusing on mutual benefits for client, candidate and company
• First experience in consultancy, recruitment, sales, commercial assistant..
• Interests in the engineering and/or technical sector
• Communicative, optimistic and autonomous person
• Professional attitude and constructive work ethics
• Discretion, honesty and helicopter view
• Interest in marketing, sourcing structures, database and network expansion
