Senior Mechanical Engineer

Our client, an engineering consultancy with projects throughout North America, is seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to join their team in Regina, SK. In this exciting opportunity, you will be involved with a variety of multidisciplinary and mechanical engineering projects. You will provide design solutions and manage projects from proposal through completion.

Key Job Duties:
• The selected candidate will be involved with designing modifications to mechanical systems in a variety of industries including pharmaceuticals, oil and gas facilities, refineries, as well as other industrial facilities.
• Manage projects from proposal stage through completion.
• Preparing and reviewing reports.
• Ensure projects are completed according to schedule and budget.
• Play an active role in business development initiatives with new and existing clients.

Key Qualifications:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• A minimum of 8 years’ experience in mechanical engineering
• Previous experience with design and construction support is preferred.
• Previous consulting experience is considered an asset.
• Must have P.Eng. designation or eligible to register as a professional engineer in Saskatchewan.
