For 2 major projects in the Europoort (Rotterdam) region, we are looking to recruit 2 Project Administrators.

The job:
• Reporting to the Site Construction Manager
• General reception duties (telephone cover, greeting visitors etc.)
• Admin interface with regional offices
• Interface with site facilities contractors with regards to maintenance of site facilities
• Raising local purchase orders for site purchasing
• Interfacing with contractor admin support
• Arranging site transport and logistics
• Interfacing with corporate on IT and communications support
• Maintaining the induction database and the booking of inductions
• Logging all incoming/outgoing mail and distributing accordingly
• Compiling, maintaining and issuing internal telephone directories
• Maintaining requisitions, ordering and stocking levels of stationery
• Support with taking and distributing MOM’s
• Support with new starter onboarding
• Maintenance of weekly movements/holiday charts
• Maintenance of meeting room schedules
• Booking of hire cars, hotels, catering facilities for project team
• Providing administration support to other disciplines on site
• Organisation of courier services as required
• General administration duties as required by the Site Construction Manager

Requested:
• MBO level
• Experience with office management and site admin roles on previous large construction projects
• Dutch and English (spoken and written)
• Computer literate
• Living in the Rotterdam area
