Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement project control plans, procedures, and systems.

• Monitor project progress, including schedule, cost, and quality performance.
• Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project goals.
• Conduct project performance analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project controls, preferably in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles, tools, and techniques.
• Proficiency in project control software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.
