ROTATION: RESIDENT IN ASIA 120/16; RESIDENT IN WESTERN EUROPE 91/16
WORK SCHED: 10 HOURS A DAY 6 DAYS A WEEK
DURATION: CONTRACT (12 MONTHS RENEWABLE)
SALARY: MARKET RELATED

"TRS is looking for an experienced SPOOLGEN Coordinator with Spoolgen/Isogen experience within the Oil & Gas Industry to join our well established international Client for Mozambique LNG project based in Yanda Yard, China."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Create and maintain material library in Spoolgen/Isogen programs
• Detail design changes to existing IDF files, from revised design isometrics including addition of new material and removal of obsolete material
• Produce and check workshop fabrication isometrics and spool drawings
• Ensure all drawings are produced to comply with project schedule and client requirements.
• Preparation of piping isometric spoolgen drawings from IDF file.
• Uploading & updating the material & weld data in pic.
• Preparation & verification checking of isometrics GA as per piping layout, P&ID and piping specifications.
• Preparation of piping isometrics & GA as built drawings.
• Preparation of hydrostatic test pack.
• Erection of HRSG (boiler) structure, ducting and casing, boiler tubes, drums.
• Pipe laying, hydrostatic testing, Alkali boil out and steam blowing.
• Daily monitoring of progress report and modification activities.
• Preparation of drawings and documentations.
• Preparation of work schedule for piping erection and structure.
• Identification of material and comparison with drawing.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited tertiary qualification within relevant field of experience.
• Previous proven recent related work experience within Oil & Gas Industry.
• Previous Spoolgen or Isogen experience
