Sr Process Engineer

As a Sr Process Engineer you take overall responsibility for the process and process control functionality for brownfield projects in the chemical industry. In addition to a solid education focusing on process design and/or process control, a strong set of personal competencies is a prerequisite for a successful process engineer.

Key responsibilities:
- During conceptual engineering you develop the process configuration that best supports the client's specs;
- During the following engineering phases the process design is further developed and the you ensure that the required functionality is maintained throughout the project;
- Towards project completion, you are involved in (guiding the) testing and start-up;

Minimum requirements:
- A relevant education on BSc or Msc level;
- 10 yrs+ of relevant experience as a Process Engineer in the (petro-)chemical industry.
- Candidates must be fluent in English, Dutch would be of added value;
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with CAPEX projects (brownfield).
- Fulltime availability.
- EU nationals (already in The Netherlands).
