"TRS is urgently looking for a Supply Chain Manager within the Oil and Gas Industry to join our International Client's Onshore TANGGUH Project team based in dual locations Papua & Jakarta, INDONESIA."

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure that Supply Chain (procurement and post-order) activities are planned, executed, and managed so that goods and services are procured and made available in accordance with Company Procedure and Business requirement.
• Maximise the efficiency of the Procurement and Post order process in accordance with Business objective and needs.
• Create added value through enrichment of Vendor Lists in line with Vendor Management process and Code of Ethics.
• Promote the diffusion of policies, standards, guidelines and work instructions within the Procurement and Post Order
Function.
• Coordinate and lead a team performing purchasing, expediting, inspection, and transportation activities in accordance with Project and Company requirements.
• Ensure the coordination of relevant functions within the operating companies and guarantee control of activities from
receiving of material/service requisition to delivery to final destination through bid, contract, material progress status,
shipping, customs clearance to ensure compliance with Company standard and procedures.

QUALIFICATION AND SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
• Accredited Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma qualification in Supply Chain Management / Contract and Procurement Management or equivalent is typically required.
• Minimum 8 -10 years Supply Chain Management experience within Oil and Gas Environment.
